Creating shells and applying full screen mode." gives us the following results: The code provided in the attachment "Sample SWT applications. Since there are differences in behavior would somebody be able to point to the code Eclipse uses to enter full screen mode? We use the + short cut.Īre there any hints on how to investigate this issue further? Is there anymore information we can provide, any other test we can run? For us this is a severe issue and indeed a blocker to going productive with our application. However, our own RCP e4 application has the issues with the taskbar. Setting Eclipse into fullscreen mode does moves the taskbar in the background as exptected. We were not able to reproduce this problem under Windows 7. Please note: the issue with the taskbar on top of the application is limited to Windows 10. However, using the test classes we were able to reproduce the issues regarding the gaps on the bottom and on the right. Please note: if we run the same tests on a Windows 7 machine generally everything appears to work as expected. We were able to reproduce the problem with the application not entering full screen mode and further noticed that there is an additional problem with the Windows 10 taskbar being in front of the application. Thus the testing was limited to pure SWT. Because of bug Bug 512629 we tested everything again based on the sample code provided there.
